Trellis Marketplace Reopening Procedures

We are happy to announce we will be reopening for in-store shopping on June 5th! We want to create a safe, clean environment that you can feel comfortable shopping in, and we ask that you please follow these procedures so that we can continue to serve you:

- Everyone will be required to wear masks inside Trellis Marketplace. (If you don’t have one, we have cloth masks for sale, starting at $5!)

- Everyone must use hand sanitizer before entering Trellis Marketplace, which will be available right outside of our door. We will also have hand sanitizer set up inside the shop for customer use.

- Our staff will be completing regularly scheduled cleaning and sanitizing of all frequently touched surfaces, like doorknobs, hand rails, light switches, front desk, and more.

- We are limiting our occupancy to 10 customers only.

- To ensure we have enough time to keep the store clean and safe for everyone, we will be limiting our hours: Thursday through Saturday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Sunday from 11:00 PM - 5:00 PM.

In order to keep our employees and customers safe, we will be implementing these safety procedures and following all current CDC guidelines. We appreciate your cooperation. Trellis Marketplace Online Order Fulfillment Information

The world of online sales is very new to Trellis Marketplace, and we are doing our best to make the process as streamlined as possible. With that said, there is always a learning curve with something like this, so if you have any concerns, questions, comments, or criticisms, please email us at trellismarketplace@gmail.com so we can help! We are offering free pickup at Trellis Marketplace, delivery to most of Elizabethtown (availability is limited), and carrier-calculated shipping for most of the United States. If you choose “Pickup at Trellis Marketplace” or “Local Delivery”, someone from Trellis will be in contact with you to coordinate a pickup time or delivery window and communicate instructions. All local pickups and deliveries will be between 12PM and 5PM, Wednesday through Friday. We will do our best to schedule pickups and deliveries in a timely manner, but there is always a possibility for delays.

Local Pickup at Trellis Marketplace:

If you are within a 25 mile radius of Trellis Marketplace, you will be offered the option of picking up your order at our shop located at 153 E High St, Elizabethtown, PA. Please understand that if you choose this option, you must find transportation to Trellis Marketplace, adhere to current standards for proper social distancing. The Trellis Marketplace team is doing our best to make our contactless pickup as safe and easy as possible. We recommend that you wash your hands, use proper sanitizing methods, and wear a face mask when picking up your order. For the safety of our team, please refrain from choosing this option if you have been exposed to COVID-19 or are experiencing symptoms associated with COVID-19. Thank you for your cooperation.

Local Delivery:

Our Local Delivery is available on a limited basis. If you choose this option, please be sure to practice proper social distancing standards to protect the safety of our delivery team.

Trellis Markeplace’s Plan for COVID-19

To all of our customers,

We have been working really hard over the past couple of days to find ways to continue to make sales and support all of our businesses. However, due to the state’s order to close, we feel at this time we are no longer able to keep the shop open the way that we had planned. This means that Charley and Michelle will not be here during store hours, we will not be offering online, pick-up, or drop-off sales. If anything changes, we will keep you informed. We will still be sharing posts on our social pages, hosting live streams from our homes, and cross posting content. To everyone that has reached out to support us in any way, we truly appreciate you. We are doing the best we can to make it to the other side of this. We hope that you will continue to support us during and after this crisis.
